Summary

Samagri is a digital platform celebrating Indian food culture, connecting enthusiasts to niche traditional knowledge and authentic ingredient sellers, fostering cultural preservation and discovery.

Due to predominantly oral transmission of recipes in India, there is an urgent need to document Indian food culture to avoid erosion.
Digital media is the most suitable for the longevity of content, which is why we created an app.

Problem Statement-

Scattered online information and a focus on convenience in mainstream stores nowadays, hinder food enthusiasts' exploration of India's rich spice and remedy heritage
